1.5 hours north of Toronto. Unique 3 bedroom lake front home for weekly or long term rental that has a lake view from every bed. In fact, every room except the bathrooms has a lake view. The house is 35 feet from the lake.
- Ideal for swimming, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, tobogganing and skating (weather permitting)
- Sleeps up to 8 in the house and 2 in the loft. Loft is not available in cold weather
The top floor includes are three bedrooms, a sitting room, a 3 piece bath and a partial kitchen.
The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, sit in dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a 4 piece bathroom. The kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. The dining room patio door opens out to the patio looking out on to the lake.
Other features include propane fireplace, 8 person hot tub, 14ft aluminum boat and motor, canoe, dock, BBQ, high-speed wireless Internet service, DVD player, garage.
Jan - March 15th Weekends $460 : Weekly $1200
March 16- May 14 rates: $260 for single night; $200/ night with 2 or more nights; Weekly: $1000/ weekly: Monthly: $2000 plus utilities
May15 - Sept 15 $1800/ week; Deposit required |
