Mississippi Lake Cottage

The cottage is described as a 2 bedroom plus den. A full kitchen, living room, and dining nook make up the main living area. Off the main room is a full bathroom and second living space referred to as the den. There is a large deck off the lake side of the cottage, and a sandy beach with gradual entry, 100ft of waterfront with a 24ft dock. The first bedroom has a queen size bed; the second has a double bed plus a bunk bed with two single beds. The den has a futon that turns into a double bed. The cottage is the last on the road with no cottage on one side, this makes for lots of privacy. The cottage is on the east side of the lake, only 15mins from Carleton Place or 40 mins from Ottawa. The cottage is off of Hwy 15 between Hwy 7 and Regional Road 10. There is lots of shopping in Carleton Place, like Wal-Mart Superstore, Canadian Tire, Drug Stores and if you don't want to cook there are lots of restaurants. The pictures are a bit dated they were taken early summer last year so updates include new appliances, flooring in the den and sofas.
The cottage is equipped with:
Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, serving utensils, toaster, kettle, blender, TV, VCR, DVD player, radio, propane BBQ (gas supplied), comforters, crib, patio tables and chairs, beach chairs, Beach toys, badminton net, swing, other baby items if required, fishing boat and paddle boat.
