A quiet, informal, self-catering retreat at an historic fishing camp conveniently located 100km east of Toronto.
We are not remote, just far enough off the main routes that you know you are away!
We have 1, 2, 3 & 5 bedroom lakefront (some over boat houses) and lake view housekeeping cottages. Well equipped kitchens, refrigerator, stove, 2 or 3 piece bathrooms, electric heating full sized gas barbeques and internet access.
We are located in the small village of Gore's Landing on the south shore of Rice Lake. Nestled in a protected bay with boat rentals, docks, a small sandy beach and abundant wildlife, we are open April to October. Come for fishing, birding or just to getaway! Rice Lake has more fish per acre than any other lake in Ontario!
