Well kept ranch style cottage overlooking Devil Lake, a beautifully clean and very deep spring fed lake just a 15 minute drive outside of Westport, Ontario. Located 45 minutes North of Kingston, Devil Lake offers some of the best fishing in the area including pike, large and small-mouth bass and even Lake Trout.
Our cottage offers:
1.Grand view overlooking lake and Frontenac Provincial Park
2.400+ ft undisturbed shoreline, deep water and sandy walk in beach for easy swimming
3.Gradual decline from cottage to dock/beach (no stairs)
4.Very private "no neighbor view" lot
5.3 bedrooms-2 Full size, 2 single beds(bunk), 1 pull out futon
6. Sleeps 8 (6 in rooms, 1 pull-out couch)
7.2 Bathroom- 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub
8.Full functioning kitchen with full stove/oven and large fridge
9.Washer and Dryer in basement
10.Flat screen TV with DVD and dish (CD player)
11.Knotty pine large sitting porch with large dinner table
12.16 ft Old Town 2 person kayak
