Facing the house you have a panoramic view of Owl Head mountain, this house offers 4 bed rooms and 2 bath room is equip with 3 fire places. The main floor is an open space that offers a very country feeling.
In winter, you are no more then 30 minutes from Ski Sutton or Ski Orford and only 15 minutes away from Ski Owl Head.
In the summer swim into Memphremagog Lac, you have access to a beach and a boat launch at Val Perking or at Knowlton Landing.
